St. Francis' School, Jorethang is a co-educational English Medium School administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Darjeeling /Sikkim, which conducts classes from Lower Kinder Garten to class X and is affiliated to the Council of the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. The school is recognized by the Department of Education the Human Resource Department, Govt. of Sikkim. The school is situated in Jorethang – the gateway to Peling, at an altitude of 300 m from the sea level sprawled upon the foothills below which flows the Rangeet River, with the hills of Darjeeling looming large in the south on the opposite side of the river.
